On the afternoon of June 30, the School of Foreign Languages Party Committee holds a Celebration on the 96th Anniversary of the Founding of the CPC & Commendation Meeting in the School Meeting Room. Deputy Secretary & Deputy Dean Xia Jiaru chaired the meeting. All members of the School Party Committee, all members of the Party branches of the School, heads of the advanced grass-roots Party organizations commended respectively by the School and the University, and outstanding Party members and outstanding Party workers attended the meeting.
At the celebration & commendation meeting, Secretary Lu Yunusong first spoke on behalf of the School Party Committee on celebrating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the PC, and in the meanwhile assigned the tasks of Party building to be completed soon. Then Deputy Secretary Xia Jianru read out the Decisions of the School and the University on Commending Advanced Party Branches and Outstanding Party Members. Finally Lu Yunsong, Xia Jiaru and Li Chongyue conferred the certificates of honor to the Party branches and members on the list of commendation.
After the awarding of certificates was over, Party Secretary Lu Yunsong gave a thematic lecture to the participants on “Taking a clear-cut stand in stressing politics”. (School of Foreign Languages)
