On November 22, the unified final contest for Jiangsu students of the 2020 National English Contest for College Students was held in Southeast China University at Nanjing. 1 student of Type B and 7 students of Type C emerging out of Jiangsu University tryouts participated in the contest on behalf of Jiangsu University. Through the meticulous coaching of the SFL faculty and the great effort made by the students themselves in the contest, the 8 JSU contestants created good results again this year. SFL student Zhu Yuyuan won a special award for Type B students, School of Finance and Economics student Zhu Yifei and School of Physics and Electronic Engineering student Xu Yuwei won a special award for Type C students respectively. The number of special awards is the biggest in recent years. The rest 5 students each won a first prize. The School of Foreign Languages is certain to win more prizes in this contest in future.
