On October 16th, Human Resources Office Deputy Director Liao Zhiling delivered a lecture in Z115 of the Main Building titled “Interpretations on personnel management policies of Jiangsu University”. The meeting was presided over by School of Foreign Languages Deputy Party Committee Secretary & Deputy Dean Xiao Jianru. Deputy Dean Wang Ying, Human Resources Office Faculty Section Li Ben, and School of Foreign Languages staff attended the lecture.
Deputy Director Liao Zhiling interpreted the rules and regulations on personnel management of Jiangsu University from five aspects, that is, remuneration, attendance & vacation, government-funded overseas study, professional title accreditation, faculty’s ethics, and talent cultivation. According to Liao, in order to be a teacher with four virtues, one has to pay special attention to the cultivation of his or her moral standards and observe the University’s requirements for faculty’s ethics.
Through this lecture, the School of Foreign Languages faculty got a deeper understanding of the stipulations of Jiangsu University on personal management, which helped promote the rates of popularization and awareness of the University policies and the strict implementation of these rules and regulations.
